Custom digital projects require dedicated scheduling, research, and resource allocation. Initial deposits cover discovery and sprint setup and are generally non-refundable once project kickoff has commenced.
If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, billing is reconciled against completed milestones and hours worked up to the written cancellation date. Any uncommenced future milestone fees are not billed.
When downloadable digital templates launch, sales are final once download access has been granted, except in cases of proven file defect. Physical goods will include standard statutory return periods outlined upon listing.
